How much do you pay in commissions?
Ambassadors earn 10% on every qualifying sale, with performance tiers that raise your rate as your volume grows. Your current rate is always shown at the top of your dashboard.
How do you pay out commissions?
Commissions are paid monthly, roughly 30 days after the close of the month in which the sale was made — that window covers our returns period. Payouts are issued through the network to the method you set up at sign-up, once your balance clears the minimum threshold.
Do you pay commissions on all your products?
Commission is earned across our full catalog, including belif, Dr. Groot, CNP Laboratory, Physiogel, The Crème Shop and The Face Shop. Gift cards, taxes, shipping charges and orders that are later returned or cancelled are excluded.
How do I check my performance to see how I am doing?
Your dashboard reports clicks, orders, conversion rate and commission earned in real time, and you can break results down by link, product and date range to see what your audience responds to.
Can I join your affiliate program if I am outside the United States?
Yes — you are welcome to apply from anywhere. Because we currently ship only within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories, you will earn commission on orders placed by U.S. customers.
